1. How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by e-mail to Water of Asia Co Ltd – Odasie at voyage@odasie.fr.

2. Cancellation fees (per person, based on the date we receive your written request)

Notice period before departure	Fees charged*
More than 60 days	Administration fee only (plus any non-refundable domestic flights already issued).
60 to 32 days (inclusive)	30 % of the tour price + any non-refundable costs already paid to partners (including non-refundable domestic flights).
31 to 16 days (inclusive)	50 % of the tour price + any non-refundable costs already paid to partners (including non-refundable domestic flights).
15 days or fewer	100 % of the tour price (including any non-refundable domestic flights).

* Percentages apply to the total land + cruise package price, excluding international air tickets unless booked through us.

3. Non-refundable situations
No refund is due for delays or failure to travel caused by (but not limited to) airline delays, “no-show”, mechanical problems, weather, accidents, strikes, wars, criminal or terrorist acts, natural disasters, quarantine, government policy changes, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Water of Asia Co Ltd – Odasie.

4. Cruise operator-related cancellations

If the operator must cancel a cruise for mechanical reasons or lack of passengers, we will book you on another vessel of equal or higher standard.
If a cruise is shortened due to weather, no refund will be issued.
If a cruise is shortened for mechanical reasons, we will assist in obtaining a pro-rata refund from the operator in line with their own terms and conditions. Water of Asia Co Ltd – Odasie cannot be held liable for any compensation owed by the operator (see § 6 of our General Terms).

5. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller purchases comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss (e.g., Chapka Direct, and Dive Master Insurance for divers).
Since 1 January 2014 we automatically offer cancellation insurance to all travellers. If you decline this service, Water of Asia Co Ltd – Odasie cannot be held responsible for any financial loss arising from events beyond our control.

6. Early termination of the trip
If you must interrupt the trip prematurely for any reason, no refund will be given for unused or partially used services.
