Welcome by guide and driver, then transfer to the pier to board a royal boat. Start the cruise on the famous Perfume River towards the villages east of the city. This is an opportunity to discover life on the water and on both sides of these poetic rivers.

Upon arrival at the village of Tien Nom, disembark for a walk in the central countryside, crossing the three villages of Tien Non – Thanh Tien – Sinh. The walk will truly immerse you in the daily rhythm of village life. In Tien Non village, you'll meet farmers working in the fields and vegetable gardens. Then, visit a house of worship dedicated to the ancestors of the family lineage in the village.

You'll then visit Thanh Tien village, a 400-year-old craft village for making artificial paper flowers. In addition to working in the fields, villagers produce them around the time of the Tet holiday to offer their ancestors the best wishes. A warm welcome from the family of Mr. Hieu, one of Thanh Tien's well-known artisans, will introduce you, accompanied by the host, to the process of making lotus flowers.

Then continue to the village of SINH, the cradle of Hue's 400-year-old folk prints. Meet Mr. Phuoc, who will give you a brief explanation of the techniques used to make traditional prints. You will find beautiful souvenirs for your trip.

Return to the boat for the cruise back to the city.

Lunch at a restaurant specializing in traditional Hue cakes. Tasting of Banh Loc, Banh Nam, and the famous Bun Bo Hue.

Afternoon: Visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest in Hue, dating back to 1601. A spiritual center of the city, it is known for its majestic octagonal tower and beautiful view of the gentle Perfume River.

The day continues with Hue's most anticipated site: the famous Hue Citadel, the only emblematic vestige of what was once an imperial city of Vietnam. Inspired by Vauban's fortifications, it is composed of three parts, each as charming as the other: the Capital City, the Imperial City, and the Forbidden City. Hue's most beautiful buildings are concentrated here: the Flag Tower, the South Gate, the Palace of Supreme Harmony, the Dynastic Temples Sector, and the Residential Complex.
